A high-end conceptual redesign for Fresh Elements Restaurant & Bar in Pokhara — transforming a standard informational website into an immersive, emotionally engaging digital experience that mirrors the ambiance of the restaurant itself.

Fresh Elements is a restaurant in Pokhara known for organic dishes, signature cocktails, and a lively ambiance. Their existing website was a standard informational page — functional but forgettable. It didn't capture the experience of dining there.
The brief was to reimagine their digital presence entirely. Not just a menu online — a destination that makes you want to book a table before you finish scrolling. The redesign focuses on a cinematic first impression: a full-screen hero with a smooth image slideshow and subtle motion that immediately communicates atmosphere.
I designed and built the full front end. The color system draws from natural greens and earthy tones, reinforcing the restaurant's identity around freshness and organic ingredients. Every section guides the user through a deliberate journey — from discovery to trust, desire, and finally action.
Two ideas drove the design. One: the website should feel like walking in the door. The hero slideshow, the ambient color palette, the generous whitespace — everything is designed to evoke the warmth and energy of the restaurant itself.
Two: make booking inevitable. The menu was redesigned as an interactive system, not a static list. Dishes appear with rich visuals and contextual tags, and dedicated detail views let users explore before they decide. The CTA is never more than a scroll away.
The hero sets the scene with a full-screen slideshow that transitions smoothly, showing the restaurant's ambiance, signature dishes, and cocktail presentations. As you scroll, the navigation shifts from transparent to solid — subtle cues that guide without distracting.
The menu experience is the centerpiece. Each dish is presented with a rich image, contextual tags (spicy, vegetarian, chef's special, etc.), and a clear layout that makes browsing feel exploratory. Dedicated item detail views offer deeper descriptions and pairing suggestions.
